Take your passion for fenestration to new heights. We are seeking a driven and computer-literate individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who ideally possesses a background in fenestration and is ready to flourish within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, whilst ensuring their expectations are exceeded.

- Actively seek out and engage prospective customers, showcasing our cutting-edge products and services.

- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and surpassing set sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for expanding our market presence and customer base.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build valuable connections.

- Utilize computer literacy to manage sales data, prepare reports, and stay organized.

 

Requirements:

- A strong background in the fenestration or building industry, with a thorough understanding of products within this sector. Conservatory knowledge would be advantageous but not mandatory.

- Excellent computer literacy skills, enabling efficient data management and report generation.

- A clean and valid driver's license, as extensive travel will be required to meet with clients and attend company events. This is a mandatory role requirement and as such, travel across UK and Ireland will be necessary.

- The hunger and drive to excel in a sales role, with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

We are seeking a driven and computer-literate individual to fill the role of Internal Sales Manager. This role will be based in our Swindon Showcase site and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth. The position may entail occasional overnight stays and travel as necessary.

As an Internal Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement and quotation process. You will work closely with potential and existing customers, providing them with exceptional service while assisting them in obtaining accurate and competitive quotations for our services. While prior experience is not a strict requirement, a willingness to learn and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential homeowner / end user customers by providing exceptional service and being a key initial point of contact throughout the proposal process.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and project details to ensure accurate quotations.

- Prepare clear and comprehensive quotations that align with customer needs and company pricing strategies.

- Develop a deep understanding of our company's services, pricing, and policies to effectively educate customers and address inquiries.

- Proactively follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and secure their commitment to proceed with our services.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, quotations, and interactions in our CRM system.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

 

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights for improving our customer engagement and quotation processes.

 

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or a similar position is beneficial but not mandatory.

- Excellent telephone manner is essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training will be provided).

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
