This conservatory extended our customer’s home by more than 20 sq ft. The Leka solid roofing system was chosen as a lightweight alternative to a glazed roof, which in this application would have made the extension unusable in the summer.
We designed the Leka Roof to outperform and outlast common fibreglass and polycarbonate roofing systems. It’s so good it’s been approved by MFA, the approved building inspector licenced by the Government, and our patent-pending technologies lead the way for innovation in the industry.
For this build, four new Velux windows were installed to inject light into the room. The result is a highly usable space. The customer uses it as a living and dining area and has recommended the Leka system to family and friends.
