Looking to appreciate the surroundings more, this Victorian-style conservatory had everything, space, design and volume but was missing one key factor — the ability to use it. Due to its South Facing orientation, this customer had only a few hours a day to use it. The polycarbonate roof was too warm in the hot summer months, with a glare to add to it. Not only that, the extreme winter months that Wales has to offer in this particular location meant it was simply unusable during these months.
Welcome to the Leka System Victorian conservatory roof conversion, with a Metrotile lightweight tile finish to blend well with the main property. This project was completed in just two days. Our customer is delighted with the result.
